In the 13th episode of KBS 2TV's Monday-Tuesday drama 'How I Ran into You', which aired on the 12th, Haejun Yoon (played by Dong-wook Kim) and Yoon-yeong Baek (played by Jin Ki-joo) struggled to find the real culprit. The 13th viewer rating recorded 4.8% (provided by Nielsen Korea, based on households in the metropolitan area), continuing its hot popularity.
Hae-joon created tension when he was arrested by Baek Dong-sik (Choi Young-woo) as a red-handed criminal at the murder scene of Yoo Beom-ryong (played by Joo Yeon-woo). Hae-joon soothed Yoon-yeong, who was anxious, and Yoon-young expressed her firm belief in him by saying that she would wait. To make matters worse, when a matchbox was found in the pocket of Lee Soon-ae (played by Seo Ji-hye) who had collapsed, Hae-jun was pointed out as the culprit of the 'Woojeong-ri serial murder case', and Sun-ae's consciousness did not return.
Thinking that all of this was because Go Mi-sook (played by Ji Hye-won) accused her brother Ko Min-soo (played by Kim Yeon-woo) as the criminal, Yoon-young went to see Mi-sook and argued. However, Yoon-young, who needed Mi-sook's help to save Hae-joon and find the real culprit, said, "I'll help you. So, please help me just once. Hae-jun was also confused by Dong-sik's warning that it would be difficult to escape this time.
When Dong-sik learned that Hae-joon's identity was fake, his suspicions and anger peaked. Byeong-gu, who saw Hae-jun wearing the one and only watch he intended to give to his grandson later, decided to believe him.
Hae-joon, who was released thanks to Soon-ae's statement, tried to prove her identity by performing a genetic test. Dong-sik still didn't fully believe what he said, but Byeong-gu, who thought Hae-joon was his grandson, had a sad heart and wanted to spend time with his grandson, and tipped a glass with him. A cold fate awaited them in the future, but the two people who shared the warmth of their blood transcending time gave a moving impression.
Meanwhile, Cheong-a (played by Jung Shin-hye), the owner of Bongbong Coffee Shop, confessed to Hae-jun, whom she met by chance, that she was leaving Ujeong-ri soon. Hae-jun, who knew in advance that she was her mother who had abandoned him, became strange, and it was revealed that Cheong-ah's lover and Hae-jun's father, Yoon Yeon-woo (Jeong Jae-gwang), was utterly unaware of this fact, wondering if the family would face a crack like this. stimulated curiosity.
At the end of episode 13, the identity of the new culprit began to be revealed. When many people came to visit Soon-ae, who came to her senses, many gifts piled up, and Hae-joon and Yoon-yeong were shocked to find a matchbox at Bongbong Coffee Shop among them. Inside the matchbox was a message that said, 'I'm glad I woke up. It contained a note with the phrase 'see you again', and it was found to be the same as the criminal's handwriting collected earlier, causing goosebumps. I waited for the next episode to see who the real culprit was, who was close enough to come to the hospital room, and what he would do after boldly leaving a warning message even after failing to commit the crime.
