Actress Hilary Duff revealed that she was influenced by Gwyneth Paltrow's controversial diet.
According to American media outlet Page Six on the 10th (local time), Hilary Duff recently appeared on Molly Sims' podcast 'Lipstick on the Rim' and talked about diet.
Hilary Duff said, "I often skip breakfast to suppress hunger. Although Gwyneth Paltrow's diet was controversial, I sometimes drink coffee in the morning and try to starve myself. I avoid starting my day with a meal because I wake up really hungry. “I plan to do it,” he confessed.
Previously, Gwyneth Paltrow said, "I eat dinner early and do intermittent fasting from 7 to 12 a.m. I enjoy soup or bone broth for lunch. I eat dinner around 6 or 6:30 p.m. and fast until 12 p.m. the next day." He said. He added, "In the morning, I drink coffee and celery juice with lemon, which do not spike blood sugar, and then exercise for about an hour."
Gwyneth Paltrow said she follows a Paleo diet (a diet consisting of protein and no seasonings). When Gwyneth Paltrow's diet, which excludes carbohydrates, was revealed, criticism arose that it was far from a healthy eating pattern.
Hilary Duff's favorite diet includes egg salad, fried eggs, avocado or vegetarian sausage, and oats. Of course, like Gwyneth Paltrow, she doesn't exclude carbohydrates. Hilary Duff said, "To be honest, I eat a chicken nugget in the morning when I pack my kids' lunch boxes."
