Members of the Gyeongbuk Heroes' Generation fan club said, "We were thinking about something meaningful to do during the year-end and New Year holidays, and we decided to donate items after hearing news about households suffering from the cold due to a sudden boiler failure during the ongoing cold wave."
Gyeongbuk Heroes' Generation has exercised its positive influence by donating goods (rice cake soup, kimchi, rice) for the elderly living alone in January of last year, donating money (KRW 1.15 million) in May, and donating money (KRW 2 million) in August.
Gunwi County Governor Kim Jin-yeol said, “I am grateful to the anonymous donors and Gyeongbuk Heroes Generation members who shared their warm hearts during difficult times such as COVID-19. I am very happy to deliver hope to local residents in the new year of Gyemyo.”
