Regarding the recovery process after giving birth, she said, "Originally, I was hospitalized for 5 nights and 6 days, but I recovered quickly so I was discharged a day early. It was not due to old age. I was the oldest among the mothers, and the doctor said, 'You were very good at managing me.' “I was surprised. After receiving massage and manual therapy twice a day, I lost a total of 7kg in two weeks, leaving me with 1kg left to lose,” she said. emphasized its importance.
She continued, "I really took good care of myself before giving birth. I exercised every day, went to the sauna, took a bath, and always took care of swelling. I also got a full body massage once a week and set a goal of never gaining more than 10kg. My final weight was 9kg. I started at 49kg and lost 3kg after giving birth. So, if you gain 20kg, you will be born healthy. “I was born weighing 3.15 kg,” he recalled.
However, Hwang Bo-ra said, "I was scared. Because I had never had a common appendectomy before. I was so scared that I trembled. As we parted ways at the entrance to the delivery room, tears came to my eyes. I cried, saying, 'Oppa, I'll come back.' Then, 'Don't be scared. Everything will be fine. Nothing will happen.' “It’s okay,” they said, crying together. “My husband didn’t cry after the baby was born, but cried happily when I went in,” he said, looking back on that time.

Meanwhile, Hwang Bo-ra spoke about the difficulties she experienced due to the medical strike. But I didn't have that. I thought it was strange. I looked into it and heard that there was no doctor in charge due to the medical strike. “He explained. Hwang Bo-ra married Cha Hyun-woo, the son of actor Kim Yong-gun and the younger brother of actor Ha Jung-woo, in 2022. Although she suffered from infertility, she received much congratulations on the news of her birth in May after the fourth round of IVF treatment.
