Actress Go Hyun-jung, who recently experienced a decline in health, has shared an update on her recovery.

On the 6th, Go Hyun-jung took to her social media to say, "I apologize for causing concern. I have recovered significantly."

She continued, "I am now eating well and meeting close acquaintances. I was surprisingly ill, but after successfully completing a major surgery, I feel more grounded," adding, "I will be careful and take good care of myself."

Previously, Go Hyun-jung was scheduled to attend the press conference for the Genie TV original drama 'Namib' on the 16th of last month but had to cancel just two hours before the event due to a sudden health deterioration that required a visit to the emergency room.

At the time, the 'Namib' team explained, "Based on the medical opinion that absolute rest and recovery were necessary, we had to make the unavoidable decision for her to not attend."
