K-pop sensation TWICE is set to headline the iconic Lollapalooza Chicago music festival.
On October 18th, Lollapalooza revealed its lineup on official social media channels, capturing the attention of music fans worldwide.
According to the announcement, TWICE will perform at the massive music festival held from July 31 to August 3 at Grant Park in Chicago, Illinois. The festival, which attracts an average of 115,000 attendees per day, will see TWICE take the stage as headliners, engaging with the audience and delivering high-energy performances. Lollapalooza, which began in Chicago in 1991, has since expanded to various locations worldwide, including the United States, France, Germany, Chile, and Brazil.
TWICE continues to solidify their status as 'stadium artists' with significant achievements. Last year, they became the first overseas female artists to perform a solo concert at Japan's Kanagawa Nissan Stadium. They also completed their fifth world tour, 'READY TO BE,' which spanned 27 cities and 51 shows, drawing a total of 1.5 million attendees. Additionally, on November 21, they made history as the first K-pop artists to perform a solo concert on 'Amazon Music Live,' achieving the highest viewership to date.
Building on this momentum, TWICE will appear as special guests at Coldplay's 'Music Of The Spheres World Tour' concert in Goyang, South Korea, this April.
