BTS's Jin Set to Make a Comeback with New Mini-Album 'Echo' in May

BTS member Jin is making a highly anticipated return this May with a new album.

Jin will release his second mini-album, "Echo," on May 16 at 1 PM KST. This marks his comeback approximately six months after his first solo album, "Happy," which was released last November. Jin decided on a quick return to connect with his fans more frequently.

"Echo" captures the essence of life's various moments, spreading like different echoes. The album presents relatable stories and emotions that everyone experiences at some point, delivered through Jin's unique perspective with a touch of wit.

The album features seven tracks showcasing Jin's versatile vocals. Like his previous album "Happy," "Echo" is also based on band sounds, reflecting Jin's consistent musical preferences and aspirations.

On May 15, at 6 AM, a surprise video of Jin was screened at the K-POP SQUARE MEDIA in Gangnam, Seoul. In the video, Jin is seen holding a placard with the release date "May 16" inside a crane game filled with dolls, capturing the audience's attention. His striking visuals filled the massive LED screen, leaving a strong impression.

Big Hit Music stated, "We planned this promotion to announce Jin's comeback in a unique way and hope everyone enjoys the anticipation. We ask for your interest and expectations for Jin and 'Echo.'" The video will be shown daily from May 15 to 19, every 30 minutes from 6 AM to 11:30 PM.
