Madonna falls unconscious... Bacterial infection admitted to intensive care unit

American pop star Madonna has been admitted to intensive care unit with a bacterial infection. The world tour scheduled for next month has been postponed.

According to the BBC on the 28th, Madonna's manager Guy O'Chiary made a statement and said, "Madonna was hospitalized in intensive care for several days on the 24th due to a serious bacterial infection."

Ossiary said, "Madonna's health is improving, but she is still undergoing treatment."

Previously, Madonna was found unconscious at her home in New York on the 24th and was urgently transferred to a New York City hospital.

Madonna was scheduled to begin her 'Celebration' tour in Vancouver, Canada on July 15.
