RM of BTS feels uncomfortable promoting Hwaeomsa Temple

RM, a member of BTS, expressed his displeasure at the Hwaeomsa Temple he recently visited.

On the 5th, RM wrote, "I was grateful for the good time, but I never thought I would even write an article. Next time, I will quietly visit another temple."

Recently, an article was reported that RM visited Hwaeomsa Temple on December 29th last year for a 2-day, 1-night stay, and it is said that part of the visit was promoted by Hwaeomsa Temple. It is interpreted that RM expressed his discomfort with Hwaeomsa Temple's disclosure of photos taken with him, autographs, and stories shared with him to the media.

According to Hwaeomsa Temple, RM, who visited Hwaeomsa Temple with music producer Kang San, responded to Monk Deokmoon's question, "Are you sad about not being exempted from military service?" and responded, "Of course, I want to fulfill my duty as a citizen of the Republic of Korea. Only then can I talk about my rights. Time to become an adult. “I will think about it,” he replied.

Monk Deokmoon said, "A year and a half out of 80 years of life will not be wasted, but a precious time to reflect on yourself. I hope to become BTS RM, who makes great music even when his hair turns gray as he gets older." He continued, “As much as BTS is loved by people around the world, I hope they will actively give alms and spread the message of mercy and love through music and videos.”

RM released his first solo album 'Indigo' on December 2nd last year.
