It was not due to old age. I was the oldest among the mothers, and the doctor said, 'You were very good at managing me.' “I was surprised. After receiving massage and manual therapy twice a day, I lost a total of 7kg in two weeks, leaving me with 1kg left to lose,” she said. emphasized its importance.

She continued, "I really took good care of myself before giving birth. I exercised every day, went to the sauna, took a bath, and always took care of swelling. I also got a full body massage once a week and set a goal of never gaining more than 10kg. My final weight was 9kg. I started at 49kg and lost 3kg after giving birth. So, if you gain 20kg, you will be born healthy. “I was born weighing 3.15 kg,” he recalled.

However, Hwang Bo-ra said, "I was scared. Because I had never had a common appendectomy before. I was so scared that I trembled.
