Hwang Bo-ra, “lost 8kg in 3 weeks after giving birth… The secret is prenatal care”

On the 16th, a video titled '[Exclusive] Hwang Bo-ra's son's name Kimㅇㅇ & Caesarean section review' was posted on the YouTube channel 'Wem Talk'.
In the video on this day, Hwang Bo-ra expressed her feelings toward her three-week-old son, "He is two and a half spans tall. His toes are also very pretty. What I hated so much was mothers with bulging arms, and that's what I'm doing."
Hwang Bo-ra introduced her son as Wooin, saying, “He looks just like me.” Hwang Bo-ra explained her son's name, saying, "It means that he is a young person with a strong spirit and will attract people's energy."

She continued, "I really took good care of myself before giving birth. I exercised every day, went to the sauna, took a bath, and always took care of swelling. I also got a full body massage once a week and set a goal of never gaining more than 10kg. My final weight was 9kg. I started at 49kg and lost 3kg after giving birth. So, if you gain 20kg, you will be born healthy. “I was born weighing 3.15 kg,” he recalled.

Hwang Bo-ra confessed, "When I opened my eyes, I was in a hospital room. It hurt more than I thought. They said it wouldn't hurt if I got a painkiller, but I thought I was going to die. It felt like my stomach was being torn open with a knife and burned with hot fire."
Meanwhile, Hwang Bo-ra spoke about the difficulties she experienced due to the medical strike. He said, "They said there was something called 'Pain Booster' (a drug that blocks nerve tissue in the caesarean section surgery area and controls pain) that you press whenever it hurts. But I didn't have that. I thought it was strange. I looked into it and heard that there was no doctor in charge due to the medical strike. “He explained. Bo-ra Hwang continued, "I endured all the pain, and it got better after 2-3 days. The scar is bigger than I thought."
Hwang Bo-ra married Cha Hyun-woo, the son of actor Kim Yong-gun and the younger brother of actor Ha Jung-woo, in 2022. Although she suffered from infertility, she received much congratulations on the news of her birth in May after the fourth round of IVF treatment.
