Billlie Expresses Gratitude for Collaboration with IU on New Album

Billlie (members Siyoon, Sean, Tsuki, Moon Sua, Haram, Suhyeon, Haruna) held a showcase at the Bluesquare Mastercard Hall in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, at 2 PM on the 16th to commemorate the release of their fifth mini-album 'appendix: Of All We Have Lost'. During the event, they shared various stories about the album.
On this day, Billlie shared their excitement about IU's participation in writing the lyrics for one of their double title tracks, 'Memory Candy'. Moon Sua expressed, "We put a lot of effort into preparing this album. We worked hard to infuse more authenticity into the title track." She added, "IU has always been interested in Billlie, and this collaboration came to fruition through this opportunity. Each member is a fan, and we even covered IU's songs during our fan concert. Upon hearing the news, all the members were thrilled and motivated to work even harder. It felt like a dream."

Tsuki added, "I heard that 'Memory Candy' was created with IU thinking about her fans and Billlie. It conveys the message, 'Let's move forward together no matter what challenges come our way.' It's such an honor. We practiced hard while keeping this message in mind."
Siyoon also mentioned, "When IU wrote the lyrics, she said it was about Billlie and our fans. It felt like the perfect meaningful promise to make with our fans, so we recorded it with great care."
The fifth mini-album 'appendix: Of All We Have Lost' includes six tracks in total, featuring the double title tracks 'Memory Candy' and 'Trampoline', as well as 'Bluerose', 'BTTB (Back to the Basics)', 'Shame', and 'Dream Diary ~ Etching Mémoires of Midnight Rêverie'.
