Actors No Yoon-seo and Hong Kyung Share Real-Life Excitement During Filming of 'Hear Me'

On the 28th, a press screening and media conference for the film 'Hear Me' was held at Megabox COEX in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. Director Cho Sun-ho, along with actors Hong Kyung, No Yoon-seo, and Kim Min-ju, attended the event.
'Hear Me' is a refreshing and heart-fluttering story about Yong-jun (played by Hong Kyung), who boldly pursues love, and Yeoreum (played by No Yoon-seo), who learns the true meaning of sincerity, with the support of her sister Gaeul (played by Kim Min-ju). The film is a remake of a legendary Taiwanese romance movie of the same name.
No Yoon-seo plays Yeoreum, a K-eldest daughter who supports her sister Gaeul while also being responsible for their livelihood. Hong Kyung stars as Yong-jun, who falls in love with Yeoreum at first sight, delivering a passionate performance. Kim Min-ju takes on the role of Gaeul, Yeoreum's sister, who is full of passion and undeterred by any trials in pursuit of her dreams.
In the film, No Yoon-seo and Hong Kyung portray each other's first love. Amidst their fresh and vibrant chemistry, one might wonder if they ever felt real excitement during filming. Hong Kyung shyly smiled and said, "I can still feel the scene where I first fall for her. The memory of meeting Yeoreum through the swimming pool lingers. The thrill of that moment was significant."
No Yoon-seo shared, "I remember the scene where we sit on a bench and drink coffee together," adding, "We were awkward, and our eyes met. It was ticklish because our gazes kept crossing. The exchange of glances was awkward yet thrilling and exciting."
'Hear Me' is set to be released on November 6th.
