NewJeans Expresses Gratitude to Fans Amidst Legal Battle with Agency

On the 11th, NewJeans stated, "We received the letters from Bunnies. It was touching and brought us to tears." They continued, "Each letter is precious, and we read them daily without fail. The words of comfort, encouragement, and love are deeply felt, making it impossible not to cry."
Additionally, they expressed, "We strive to be someone Bunnies can be proud of. Although we're going through tough times, communicating with Bunnies gives us the most strength. We really wanted to talk to Bunnies. The letters from Bunnies are a tremendous source of support."

Last November, NewJeans claimed to have terminated their contract with ADOR and attempted to pursue independent activities, but were halted by a court decision. The Seoul Central District Court's Civil Division 50 (Chief Judge Kim Sang-hoon) fully accepted ADOR's request for an injunction against NewJeans, prohibiting them from engaging in independent activities and signing advertising contracts.
NewJeans immediately filed an objection to the court's decision. The hearing for the objection, held on the 9th, concluded in just 15 minutes. The court is expected to announce its decision on the objection soon.
