Joo Ji-hoon's 'Kim Pan-soo' is a person who came to Lebanon after being scammed in Vietnam and Saudi Arabia, and is the only Korean taxi driver left after all Koreans withdrew due to the civil war. 'Pan-su', who happened to get into a taxi for 'Min-jun' (Ha Jung-woo), a diplomat who came to Lebanon to rescue a kidnapped colleague, 'Pan-soo' refuses to ride because he does not want to get entangled in a dangerous job, but is lured by 'Min-jun''s 'tatable' fare. join the operation.
