‘Hawkeye’ Jeremy Renner’s current status in a hospital bed with a respirator in place

Hollywood actor Jeremy Renner reassured fans about his recovery status.

Jeremy Renner released a photo on the 7th, showing him guarding a hospital bed among several medical staff and acquaintances. It's a shame that Renner is wearing a respirator in his mouth. Still, Renner wrote, "I am grateful to the renowned ICU medical team for starting this journey."

Previously, Renner had an unfortunate accident while clearing snow with a snowplow to help drivers trapped on the road due to heavy snowfall. According to Renner's side, Renner stayed at a vacation home near Reno with his family on New Year's Day when there was heavy snow, and suffered an accident while clearing snow with a snowplow. At the time of the accident, 15 to 30 cm of snow fell in the Reno area, and some areas reportedly recorded up to 45 cm of snow.

Renner, who suffered serious chest injuries in the snowplow accident, was transported to the hospital by helicopter and underwent surgery. Renner has since been recovering in the intensive care unit after another surgery. His family is currently taking care of him.

After news of the accident broke, he shared a selfie taken while lying on his hospital bed. Even though his face was a mess, he left a photo for his fans and acquaintances who were worried about him. "Thank you all for your kind words. I'm too messed up to type right now, but I send love to you all," he said. Fans around the world are praying for his speedy recovery.

Meanwhile, Jeremy Renner, who debuted in 1995, became known through the movie 'The Hurt Locker' (2009). In Korea, he is famous for his role as Hawkeye in the popular foreign film ‘Avengers’ series.
