According to American media, director James Cameron announced that the so-called 'villain' Na'vi, who are not good people, will appear in 'Avatar 3', which will be released later.
Director Cameron said, “In 'Avatar 3,' there will be a race of ash represented by fire and volcanoes,” adding, “It will show that not all Na'vi people are quiet and peaceful.” He continued, "If we showed the good side of the Na'vi people in parts 1 and 2, it will be the opposite this time. I want to show a different side of the Na'vi people." Director Cameron also added that there are a total of 12 races in the 'Avatar' universe.
It is reported that filming for 'Avatar 3' is almost complete and post-production work is in full swing. The goal is to release 'Avatar 3' in December 2024.

According to the integrated movie theater ticket network, as of 7 am on the 2nd, 'Avatar: The Road of Water' recorded 1,274,184 viewers over the three days from December 30 to January 1, with a cumulative number of 7,742,597. Also, according to Box Office Mojo, it maintained first place in the box office by recording box office revenue of $63.44 million in the third weekend of its release. It earned a cumulative North American box office revenue of $440.51 million and a global cumulative box office revenue of $1,397.41 million (including forecasts as of January 2).
