The movie 'Badland Hunters' will be released on Netflix on January 26th.
'Badland Hunters' is an action blockbuster depicting the final struggle for survival among those living in a ruined world, a lawless place ruled only by power.
The teaser poster shows Namsan (Ma Dong-seok), a hunter hunting a huge crocodile alone while holding a weapon in one hand. The ruined background, featuring cracked ground, collapsed buildings, and crashed airplanes, gives us an idea of the extreme situation the characters in the play are in, and raises the question, “In a ruined world, we need hunters.”
In the trailer, a scene was depicted in the wilderness where Namsan fights against unidentified enemies with various weapons, including bare hands, machetes, long guns, and rifles. Yang Ki-soo (Lee Hee-jun), the only doctor who survived the destroyed world, looks at something and smiles eerily, raising questions about his true identity.
It depicts Namsan's partner Jiwan (Lee Jun-young), Suna (Roh Jeong-eui), a girl who survived the ruins facing an imminent crisis, and Eun-ho (Ahn Ji-hye), a sergeant in a special forces unit who deals with an unidentified enemy with Namsan.
