'Sister Wang' Sandara Park, 'Rookie' Purple Kiss Suan, female soloists to make a comeback with 'Alone'
Female soloists of all generations will participate in this summer comeback battle, from Sandara Park, the “Wang Sister,” Soyou from Sistar, Yerin and Choi Yena, from GFriend, and Suan, the “newcomer” Purple Kiss. They all have one thing in common: they are solo singers from girl groups.

Celebrating the 14th anniversary of her debut, Sandara Park returned to her main job as a 'singer' after a long time. Sandara Park, a former member of 2NE1, is working as a soloist instead of a group this time. Sandara Park, who showed her face in various entertainment programs such as YouTube's 'Sisters Without Rice' and MBC's 'The King of Mask Singer', will release an album on July 12th. This is Sandara Park's first solo album to be released after about 6 years since 2NE1's activities, and she foreshadowed active activities such as opening an official TikTok account.

Singer Soyou from Sistar also announced a comeback in July. It's a quick comeback after 3 months since the digital single 'We walk towards breakup every day' in April. Soyou said, "It's the first album released in a year and three months since the first mini album 'Day & Night.

Yerin also reported the news of her comeback after about a year. Yerin, who debuted as a member of the group GFriend in 2015, debuted as a solo artist with the release of the album 'ARIA' in May of last year. After the establishment of her agency, Bill Entertainment, Yerin, the first hitter, released a teaser video through the agency's official YouTube channel, instilling anticipation in fans.

Choi Ye-na from IZone will release her second single album 'HATE XX' on the 27th. Choi Ye-na, a comeback after 5 months since her previous work 'Love War', will debut in Japan in August and expand her activities abroad.

Girl group Purple Kiss Suan announced her first solo debut on the 2nd of next month. Suan appeared on KBS2's 'Immortal Song', MBC's 'The King of Mask Singer', and JTBC's 'Begin Again Open Mic', revealing her outstanding singing skills. The agency RBW Entertainment said, "With the release of the first single 'Twenty (Prod. Junkie)', we will become a '4th generation representative vocalist' that draws public attention."

What kind of results will those who go beyond 'group' to 'stand alone' achieve in their solo activities? Attention is focusing on who will be the female soloist who will laugh in this outstanding comeback competition this summer.
