Dragon Pony Unleashes Energetic New EP 'Not Out' with a Message of Perseverance

Dragon Pony is charging full speed ahead towards their dreams, fueled by their intense musical energy.

The band, consisting of members Ahn Tae-kyu, Pyeon Seong-hyeon, Kwon Se-hyeok, and Go Kang-hoon, is set to release their second EP, 'Not Out,' on various music streaming platforms at 6 PM on the 19th.

The title track, 'Not Out,' uses baseball terminology to depict the relentless pursuit of dreams by today's youth. With the motto 'It's not over yet!', the song conveys a message of hope and passion, encouraging listeners to persist through the long, uncertain tunnel of reality with unwavering determination to eventually achieve their dreams.

Dragon Pony reflects on the essence of a life filled with challenges. The lyrics, relatable to any young person, are infused with the band's vibrant musical energy. The strategically placed instruments enhance emotional engagement with a fluid arrangement, while Yoo Hee-yeol contributes to the lyrics, adding to the song's completeness.

'Not Out' marks Dragon Pony's new release approximately six months after their first EP 'POP UP.' Each track reflects the band's autobiographical narrative and the facets of imperfect youth. Following 'POP UP,' the members took the lead as main producers, overseeing the writing, composing, and arranging of all tracks. Dragon Pony once again demonstrates their exceptional musical prowess by skillfully utilizing their broad musical spectrum.
