Dragon Pony's Journey from Local Festivals to International Stages

The band, consisting of An Tae-kyu, Pyeon Seong-hyeon, Kwon Se-hyeok, and Ko Kang-hoon, held a showcase on the 19th at Yes24 Wonder Rock Hall in Mapo-gu, Seoul, to celebrate the release of their second EP, 'Not Out'.
Pyeon Seong-hyeon recalled, "Our first major performance was at the 'Busan International Rock Festival'. It was during the day, and initially, there weren't many people. But as we started playing, the crowd grew and eventually filled the venue." He added, "There were international festival representatives present, and they decided to cast us on the spot after watching our performance."
An Tae-kyu expressed, "Music transcends language barriers and serves as a universal form of communication. Being invited to perform overseas made us feel grateful and honored."

The title track 'Not Out' from their EP uses baseball terminology to depict the relentless pursuit of dreams by today's youth. With the motto 'It's not over yet!', the song conveys a message of hope and passion, encouraging perseverance through uncertain and daunting times to ultimately achieve one's dreams. Yoo Hee-yeol, the head of their agency, contributed to the lyrics, enhancing the song's quality.
'Not Out' marks Dragon Pony's new release, approximately six months after their first EP 'POP UP'. Like 'POP UP', the new EP sees all four members taking the lead as main producers, overseeing the writing, composing, and arranging of all tracks.
Dragon Pony's second EP 'Not Out' will be available on various music streaming platforms from 6 PM today.
