EXO's Kai Set to Make a Comeback with Fourth Mini Album 'Wait On Me'
The upcoming album, 'Wait On Me', will feature a total of seven tracks, including the title track of the same name. Pre-orders for the album will begin on October 31 at various online and offline music stores.
This album marks Kai's first release in nearly two years since his third mini album, 'Rover', which was unveiled in March 2023. Ahead of his comeback, Kai has already excited fans worldwide by releasing one of the album's tracks, 'Adult Swim'.
'Adult Swim' is an upbeat pop song characterized by its simple yet energetic drum loop. The lyrics metaphorically depict two people fearlessly swimming together beneath the surface, deeply immersed in love. The track exudes a laid-back yet cheerful vibe throughout.
Following his military discharge, Kai has been actively engaging with fans through live broadcasts, web variety shows, and fashion shoots. He is set to perform 'Adult Swim' on Mnet's 'M Countdown' on November 3. Additionally, Kai will be rolling out a variety of teaser content, a dedicated website, and a showcase, signaling the return of a 'world-class performer' and elevating anticipation for his comeback.
In addition to his comeback, Kai will embark on the '2025 KAI SOLO CONCERT TOUR 'KAION'', starting with performances in Seoul on May 17-18. The tour will continue across 10 Asian cities, including Kuala Lumpur, Macau, Jakarta, Singapore, Taipei, Manila, Bangkok, Yokohama, and Hong Kong.
