(G)I-DLE Makes Surprise Debut on Japanese Morning Show 'LOVE it!'
K-pop group (G)I-DLE made their debut appearance on Japanese live television, performing on a morning show.

On October 31, (G)I-DLE surprised local fans by appearing on Japan's TBS morning variety program 'LOVE it!'. This show is one of TBS's popular weekday morning programs, known for its high viewership ratings in Japan.

The group's appearance on 'LOVE it!' was facilitated by the show's host, popular comedian Akira Kawashima, who is an avid fan of (G)I-DLE. Kawashima attended (G)I-DLE's concert in Japan last year and has openly expressed his fandom on the show. The production team invited (G)I-DLE as a surprise to commemorate Kawashima's fifth year as the program's host.

(G)I-DLE explained their reason for appearing on their first Japanese live broadcast, stating, "We heard that MC Kawashima and Tamura are huge fans of ours, so we really wanted to appear on 'LOVE it!'" Kawashima and the other cast members were visibly thrilled by the unexpected visit from (G)I-DLE, smiling warmly.

Following their appearance, (G)I-DLE energized the morning with special live performances of their mini 6th album title track 'Queencard' and the song 'Fate' from their 2nd full album '2'. The members also participated in a fun segment, playing a game of ping pong using a bathtub, bringing laughter to the set.

Prior to this, on October 29, (G)I-DLE headlined the 'mynavi presents The Performance 2025' global music festival organized by TV Asahi at Japan's K Arena Yokohama, receiving an enthusiastic response from the local audience.
