KATSEYE Set to Release New Single 'Gnarly' on April 30th

Global girl group KATSEYE, a collaboration between HYBE and Geffen Records, is set to release their new single 'Gnarly' on April 30th. This marks their comeback approximately eight months after their debut EP 'SIS (Soft Is Strong)'.

On April 23rd, KATSEYE members Daniela, Lara, Manon, Megan, Sophia, and Yoonchae unveiled the logo motion for their new single 'Gnarly' on their official social media channels.

The logo motion video begins with a bottle engraved with the KATSEYE logo bursting out of a refrigerator. The green liquid inside the bottle disperses in the air, forming the title 'Gnarly'. The video, which combines a dreamy atmosphere with a mysterious sound, features the text 'APR 30 12AM ET'.

Recently, KATSEYE has been teasing fans with content set in three cities: Seoul, Los Angeles, and Paris, sparking curiosity. On April 20th, the group was spotted at LE SSERAFIM's first world tour concert in Korea, fueling speculation about their imminent comeback. Their photos with LE SSERAFIM and I-LAND have become a hot topic among fans.

KATSEYE made their grand debut in June 2024 after participating in the survival audition project 'Dream Academy'. Their first EP 'SIS (Soft Is Strong)' entered the Billboard 200 chart at number 119 on August 31, 2024.

The title track 'Touch' from this album has surpassed 100 million streams on Spotify, the world's largest music streaming platform. Riding on this wave of popularity, KATSEYE has been included in the lineup for the upcoming Lollapalooza Chicago, one of the largest music festivals in the United States.
