Jo Ah-ra, who was studying abroad at the time, said, "I wanted to come to Korea right away, but I couldn't. I was a student and my parents were distracted. I didn't even have money to buy a plane ticket. Just live. I prayed with tears every day, saying, “I will cherish and cherish you dearly.” After Kyu-hyun miraculously came back alive, Jo Ah-ra said that if Kyu-hyun's words were to say, she would say OK. Jo Ah-ra expressed her affection for her younger sister, saying, "Me and my family are precious and precious because they are the youngest who came back alive.
