I'm a Korean idol, but I'm starring in a US HBO Max drama... Newkidd Jinkwon, the first Korean record

Group Newkidd leader and actor Jin Kwon has a meeting with Brazilian fans.

On July 8th, Jin Kwon will visit Brazil to promote the HBO Max original drama 'Over the Closet'. Lee Min-wook, who appeared in the drama together, unfortunately cannot be together due to domestic schedules.

Jin Kwon and Lee Min-wook, artists from JFlo Entertainment, were selected for the lead roles in the Brazilian original drama 'Beyond the Closet' produced by the global OTT platform HBO Max last year and finished filming. Jin Kwon and Lee Min-wook are the first Koreans to star in an HBO Max drama.

'Beyond the Closet' is the first K-pop drama produced by HBO Max. It is a romantic fantasy drama about an ordinary teenage girl living in Sao Paulo, Brazil, who meets a popular K-pop boy group through a mysterious portal in the closet. Jin Kwon and Lee Min-wook passed all three casting auditions that lasted for three months and were selected as the main characters through high competition.

Jin Kwon plans to visit Brazil in July to promote 'Beyond the Closet'. He will digest interviews, opening events, and marketing schedules for a week of 'Over the Closet'.

Local fans are interested in the news of Jin Kwon's visit to Brazil, where he held a fan signing event with Lee Min-wook at the Korean Cultural Center in Brazil last year.

The HBO Max original drama 'Over the Closet' will be released worldwide this year.
