‘Seojin’s’ highest viewership rating exceeds 10.6%

The viewer ratings for the 4th episode of tvN's entertainment show 'Seojin', which aired on the 17th, exceeded the average of 9.9% and a maximum of 11.9% for households in the metropolitan area, and an average of 8.6% and a maximum of 10.6% for households nationwide. tvN's target audience rating for men and women in their 20s and 49s was an average of 4.6% in the metropolitan area, a high of 5.7%, a national average of 4.5%, and a high of 5.8%, ranking first in the same time slot on all channels, including terrestrial broadcasting, both in the metropolitan area and nationwide.
On this day's broadcast, employees were shown starting a new day after a sweet break after a busy weekend of business. In particular, CEO Seojin Lee, who had expected as many customers as there would be on a weekend, was angry at the empty hall, which was contrary to his expectations, and burst into laughter.
On the third day of business on the weekend, Seojin's, which was busy with customers waiting, ran out of ingredients for the first time and was in danger of not being able to take orders. The ingredients for the half-and-half hot dog I had prepared ran out. There wasn't even much tteokbokki and chicken left, which made not only Lee Seo-jin but also the viewers nervous.
Impatient manager Park Seo-joon prepared the ramen and half-and-half hot dog that had been ordered, while intern BTS V started preparing chicken and filling up the missing ingredients. Park Seo-joon, who was active in all weathers by cooking various menu items, said, “I have to go home tomorrow. “I can’t do it,” he said, revealing his intention to quit the company after three days of operation, prompting laughter.
The moment Lee Seo-jin informed the new customer that they could not order hot dogs other than the basic hot dog, Park Seo-joon announced that hot dogs could be ordered, and 'Seo Jin's' ran smoothly again. When 8 o'clock came and most of the ingredients were gone, Lee Seo-jin boldly decided not to accept any more customers, and the employees who worked frantically all day were exhausted.
The employees gathered one by one in the back kitchen and expressed their difficulties. V said, “I’m going to Korea. “This is a fraudulent contract,” said intern Choi Woo-sik, “Why does it seem more difficult than ‘Yoon Stay’?” In addition, Seojin Lee, who came into the back kitchen after settling the day's sales in the hall, was surprised to hear that he had succeeded in achieving his sales goal of 10,000 pesos in just three days of operation.
Lee Seo-jin, who adhered to the 'No holiday policy', declared a day off after seeing the devastated employees and implemented employee welfare. When it was a day off, employees enjoyed their leisure time separately and together by doing paddleboarding, kayaking, running, riding, and swimming. The sight of employees enjoying a break and the beautiful scenery of Bacalar, Mexico, combined to provide a healing time.
The next day, the fourth day of business, the joys and sorrows of Lee Seo-jin, who was full of confidence, were mixed, as were the employees who were worried that there would be no customers. Seojin Lee became anxious after realizing the seriousness of the sales in a situation where there were only two tables of customers. After two more teams of guests came and went, during break time, Lee Seo-jin instructed Choi Woo-sik to distribute flyers. When Choi Woo-shik returned to the store and explained that the situation outside was relatively quieter than usual, Lee Seo-jin, who became sullen, went outside and waited for customers.
Above all, Lee Seo-jin expressed discomfort when asked by the production team, ‘How do you feel today?’ Lee Seo-jin went through the five stages of anger in the order of denial, anger, extreme anger, compromise, and depression, and added to the fun by filming the sixth stage, nirvana, in response to the story that V drank one more glass than the number of fruit juices released as a new menu item.
Whether Lee Seo-jin, who is heartbroken due to poor sales, will be able to regain her dimpled smile can be seen on 'Seojin's', which will be broadcast at 8:50 pm on the 24th.
