Kang Na-eon Opens Up About Dating Rumors with Kim Woo-seok and Her Focus on Career

The interview with Kang Na-eon took place on the 22nd at the Ten Asia headquarters in Jung-gu, Seoul. Kang Na-eon debuted in the 2022 tvN drama 'Blind' and gained recognition last year with 'Crash Course in Romance.' This year, she is building her filmography with appearances in 'Wedding Impossible' and the TVING series 'Pyramid Game.'
Kang Na-eon and Kim Woo-seok co-starred in the web drama '0th Period is Insider Time.' The series is a high-teen secret romance about an 'outsider' who becomes the administrator of an anonymous community app 'Insider Time' and learns all the secrets of the entire school, getting entangled with a group of 'insiders' she desperately wanted to join.

When the reporters jokingly mentioned that dating doesn't necessarily hinder work, she laughed and said, "That's true. My friends are doing well at work while enjoying sweet relationships." She added, "However, I have no thoughts of dating. I want to focus more on my acting projects."

She explained, "I originally don't know much about the music industry. All my acquaintances are into acting. During the broadcast of 'Produce X 101,' I was in my senior year of high school, preparing for college entrance exams, so I didn't watch TV." She added, "After being cast in this project, I heard a lot from friends who are fans of Kim Woo-seok."
Although Kang Na-eon has more acting experience, Kim Woo-seok debuted earlier. Regarding this, Kang Na-eon said, "Since he has more experience, I could rely on him, and we worked well together. He created an environment where I could focus when filming scenes centered on me. I felt his seniority then." She reminisced, "Although he's five years older than me, we are peers, so the atmosphere on set was friendly and harmonious."
