EXO's Xiumin and Lee Seon to Showcase Michelin-Star Chemistry in New Drama 'Heo's Restaurant'

EXO's Xiumin, who debuted in 2012, and Lee Seon are set to display their Michelin-star chemistry in the new drama 'Heo's Restaurant'. While Xiumin previously appeared in the 2016 film 'Seondal: The Man Who Sells the River', this marks his first foray into drama.

Today, the production team of 'Heo's Restaurant' released stills featuring the male chemistry between Xiumin, playing Heo Gyun, and Lee Seon, portraying dual roles as Lee Ichum and Lee Hyuk.

'Heo's Restaurant' is a fantasy comedy romance drama based on the web novel of the same name by Jeon Sun-young. It follows the story of Heo Gyun, a controversial figure from the Joseon Dynasty, who accidentally finds himself running a restaurant in the modern world 400 years later.

In the drama, Xiumin takes on the role of Heo Gyun, a recognized genius with exceptional writing skills and aesthetic sense. Lee Seon plays the dual roles of Lee Ichum, a goal-oriented character, and Lee Hyuk, the youngest master of Korean cuisine.

The stills capture the diverse appearances of Xiumin and Lee Seon as they navigate between the Joseon era and the present day. Heo Gyun, portrayed by Xiumin, captivates with his free-spirited and audacious ideas, engaging Lee Ichum, played by Lee Seon, with a pure gaze. Meanwhile, Lee Ichum attempts to persuade the talented Heo Gyun to join his side, but the situation proves challenging. The evolving relationship between these two friends and colleagues draws attention.

In a twist of fate, Heo Gyun time-slips into the modern era and reunites with Lee Hyuk, who looks identical to Lee Ichum. Heo Gyun tries to connect with him, but Lee Hyuk, who runs a Michelin-starred restaurant, is wary of Heo Gyun's presence at a nearby diner. As Lee Hyuk keeps a close eye on Heo Gyun, the intriguing dynamics between the two promise an exciting storyline.

Xiumin and Lee Seon previously collaborated in 'Boss-dol Mart', and their teamwork was highly praised. Fans eagerly anticipate their chemistry in 'Heo's Restaurant', set to premiere on the 24th.
