Go Yoon-jung Shines as a Compassionate Doctor in 'Someday Wise Resident Life'

In the second episode, which aired on the 13th, Go Yoon-jung takes on the role of Oh I-young, a first-year obstetrics and gynecology resident. Despite her calm exterior, she reveals a warm and dependable character.
During the episode, Oh I-young considers leaving the hospital due to harassment from fellow resident Myung Eun-won (played by Kim Hye-in). However, she demonstrates her responsibility by being the first to respond to an obstetrics code blue situation, handling the crisis with composure. Her actions speak louder than words, gradually showcasing her true value.
Professor Seo Jung-min (played by Lee Kyu-hyung), who initially criticized Oh I-young for her lack of apparent tension, begins to see her in a new light after witnessing her patient care. He ultimately acknowledges her as a 'favorite student,' raising expectations for her growth.

Go Yoon-jung adds depth to her character by intricately expressing a range of emotions, from the emptiness in the face of harassment to anger at the brink of endurance, and cool-headed judgment in emergencies. Her growing affection for Goo Do-won (played by Jung Joon-won), who stands by her, transparently conveys her budding romantic feelings, heightening anticipation for their chemistry.
The preview further teases viewers with Oh I-young's continued gaze at Goo Do-won, accompanied by the line, "What else could it be when you keep looking and smiling? It's love," sparking excitement.
