Yoon Hyun-min Opens Up About His Complex Family History on 'My Little Old Boy'

During the episode aired on the 27th, Yoon Hyun-min captivated viewers with his striking resemblance to his mother, both in appearance and personality. Living in a two-story country house, he impressed with his meticulous morning routine, including perfectly arranging his bedding.
It turns out his mother's influence was strong, as she even ironed his underwear. After cleaning, his mother would insist on tidiness, even ironing the bed sheets, to which Yoon humorously protested, "It's not like our house is a sterile room."

Yoon also opened up about his family history, sharing the story of his father who passed away three years ago due to illness. He revealed that his parents divorced when he was three, and his father remarried three years later, introducing a new mother figure into his life.
His mother emphasized the importance of respect, teaching him to address his stepmother as "mother" rather than "aunt."

Yoon humorously recounted how his parents attended school meetings together to avoid showing signs of a broken family, only to leave separately without looking back.
Reflecting on his father's illness, Yoon shared that he took a two-year break from work to care for him. He expressed regret over not having lived with his father, as he had prepared a two-story house for them, only for his father to become paralyzed unexpectedly.

Meanwhile, Yoon showed his caring nature by visiting his stepmother and gifting her a carnation. He shared his plans to sing at his half-sibling's wedding, demonstrating a harmonious family relationship. Hosts Shin Dong-yup and Seo Jang-hoon praised him, saying, "It's not an easy thing to do, but it's remarkable."
