Moon Chae-won Joins 'SNL Korea' as Host After Signing with Blitzway Studio

Coupang Play's 'SNL Korea' is renowned as South Korea's top real comedy show, featuring high-profile hosts who often become 'meme stars' and a trusted crew known for their comedic prowess.
Moon Chae-won, beloved for her deep and nuanced emotional performances across various genres from historical to modern dramas, will be the sixth host of 'SNL Korea' Season 7.
Debuting in 2007 with the drama 'Run, Mackerel', Moon Chae-won gained attention for her graceful and pure visuals coupled with stable acting skills, becoming widely recognized through the drama 'Brilliant Legacy'. She expanded her acting spectrum with diverse genres in dramas like 'The Princess' Man', 'The Innocent Man', 'Good Doctor', 'Flower of Evil', and 'Payback'.

Moon Chae-won expressed her excitement, saying, "I always enjoy greeting audiences with new genres and works, and I'm really happy to continue this challenge through 'SNL Korea'. Comedy is a difficult genre to express, but I plan to showcase my unique humor with detailed emotions and a new persona."
Moon Chae-won will appear as the sixth host on 'SNL Korea' Season 7, Episode 6, airing on Saturday, the 10th of next month at 8 PM on Coupang Play. Episode 5, featuring actor Hyun Bong-sik, will be released on Saturday, May 3rd, at 8 PM. Audience attendance can be applied for through Coupang Club.
